Baig Innovations, LLC - Penny App

Version 1.3 — Effective January 19, 2026

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Penny is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all people, including those with disabilities. We believe that everyone managing chronic pelvic health conditions deserves access to effective tracking tools, regardless of their abilities.

Our Goal: Make Penny usable by the widest possible audience, implementing and maintaining accessible design as a core value, not an afterthought.

1. Accessibility Standards

1.1 Conformance Target

Penny strives to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web and mobile content more accessible to people with disabilities.

What This Means:

  • Level A: Basic accessibility features (minimum standard)
  • Level AA: Addresses common barriers (our target)
  • Level AAA: Highest level (we implement where feasible)

Application Scope:

  • Penny mobile application (iOS and Android)
  • Penny website (penny.baig-innovations.com)
  • All user-facing features and content

1.2 Standards Referenced

We design and develop Penny in accordance with:

  • WCAG 2.1: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
  • Section 508: U.S. federal accessibility standards
  • ADA: Americans with Disabilities Act digital accessibility requirements
  • Platform Guidelines: Apple Human Interface Guidelines (iOS) and Material Design Accessibility (Android)
