I've had pelvic health conditions since I was a teenager. I've tracked on notebooks, spreadsheets, apps, scraps of paper — everything. None of it was built for someone who needs to map the nearest bathroom in every building they walk into.

I'm still in it — still tracking, still being evaluated, still building. Penny exists because I needed it.

With 15+ years in healthcare and benefits operations — from startups to Fortune 500 — I've seen the gap between what patients experience and what providers receive. Penny bridges that gap with structured, professional documentation that makes every appointment count.

Yousif brings the technical architecture to make Penny real. A software architect with experience in healthcare systems and regulated environments, he's building the infrastructure that keeps your data secure, private, and structured — so it's ready when you need it most.

Our Mission

Penny is a wellness tracking tool — not a medical device. We don't diagnose, and we don't provide medical advice. What we do is give you a way to document your experiences clearly, spot patterns over time, and walk into your next appointment with organized, professional data your provider can actually use.

Because the synthesis has always been missing. Individual providers do their piece, but nobody holds the whole picture. Penny helps you hold yours.
