When you're having a tough day, start an Episode to capture everything: what might have contributed beforehand, what's happening during, and what helps. Instead of your provider seeing "Tuesday: bathroom event, Friday: pain level 4," they see a complete case study: "Monday Episode: 12 bathroom events between 2-8pm, urgency increased after lunch, heating pad helped, managed to rest."
