Download Penny from the App Store, then sign up with your email or Apple ID. You'll set a password, verify your email, accept our privacy and legal agreements, and you're in. The whole thing takes about two minutes.

After you create your account, Penny walks you through a few quick setup steps — selecting your conditions (if you have any), choosing what you want to track, and getting familiar with the main features. You can always change these later in Settings. There's no wrong answer here — set it up however makes sense for where you are right now.

Yes. Penny's core tracking features are free — bathroom diary, wellness check-ins, notes, episodes, timeline, and your stats dashboard. You can track as much as you want without paying anything. Premium unlocks additional features like professional reports, extended history, and more. No pressure, no tricks, no countdown timers.

Penny is a wellness tracking and documentation tool — not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a replacement for your healthcare provider. We're here to help you organize your experiences and communicate them clearly. What you do with that information is between you and your care team.

Penny covers the full picture of pelvic health: bathroom events (urgency, volume, timing), daily wellness check-ins (discomfort, energy, stress, sleep, emotional state), quick notes for capturing things in the moment, episodes for documenting complete experiences from start to finish, treatments you're trying, and appointments with your providers.

Episodes are Penny's way of capturing a complete experience as a chronological story — not just isolated data points. When something is happening (or just happened), you create an episode and add what you're experiencing, what you did about it, and how it resolved. Think of it like a case study of your own body. This is the feature your doctor will actually want to read.

Tap the + button from any screen, select Bathroom, and log what happened — urgency level, approximate volume, any discomfort, and whether it was daytime or nighttime. Takes about 10 seconds. You can also add a quick note if something felt different.

Quick Notes are your brain-fog-friendly capture tool. 500 characters, optional tags, no structure required. Use them when something happens and you just need to get it down before you forget. "Woke up at 3am, pressure but no urgency" — done. Your future self (and your doctor) will thank you.

Stats shows your tracking data as visual patterns over time — bathroom frequency, wellness trends, episode patterns. You can filter by date range to zoom in on specific periods. Free users see the last 30 days; Premium users can view up to a full year.

A color-coded monthly overview of your pacing levels. At a glance, you can see which days were manageable and which ones weren't. It's one of the fastest ways to spot patterns you'd miss in daily logging.

The Appointments Hub walks you through the full appointment lifecycle: scheduling, preparing what to discuss, generating a report to bring with you, and reflecting afterward. It's designed to help you make the most of limited appointment time — because 15 minutes goes fast.

Yes. You can log what treatments you're trying — medications, supplements, physical therapy, dietary changes, devices, procedures, lifestyle modifications — and track how they're going over time. Penny documents what you report; it doesn't recommend treatments or evaluate effectiveness.

Free gives you full access to all core tracking: bathroom diary, wellness check-ins, notes, episodes, timeline, stats (30-day window), and basic appointment tracking. Premium unlocks: professional PDF reports for your provider, extended history (up to 365 days), unlimited calendar views, custom date ranges, period-over-period comparison, and specialized reports.

Go to Settings → Subscription, or tap "Upgrade" when you encounter a Premium feature. Payment is handled through the App Store — Penny never sees your payment details.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to your iPhone's Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Penny → Cancel. You'll keep Premium access through the end of your current billing period. We don't make this hard to find because that's gross.

Go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. This syncs your subscription status with the App Store. If it still doesn't work, email us at hello@baig-innovations.com with the email address on your Apple ID and we'll sort it out.

Nothing disappears. All your data is still there — you just lose access to Premium features like extended history views, PDF reports, and custom date ranges. Your tracking data keeps accumulating in the background. If you resubscribe later, everything is waiting for you.

Penny collects what you explicitly track: bathroom events, wellness check-ins, notes, episodes, treatments, appointments, and any conditions you select during setup. We also collect basic account info (email, account creation date) and technical data needed to keep the app running (error logs, app version). We don't sell your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Only you. Your health data is tied to your account and protected at the database level — one user cannot access another user's information. The only time anyone else sees your data is if you choose to share it (like exporting a report for your doctor).

Go to Settings → Export Data. You'll receive a verification email to confirm the request (this is a security step — we want to make sure it's really you). Once confirmed, your export will be prepared and available for download. The export includes all your tracked data.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You'll receive a confirmation email. Once you confirm, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This is not reversible — once it's gone, it's gone. The deletion process completes within the timeframe specified in our Privacy Policy.

This is our commitment to protecting your health information. It covers how we collect, use, store, and delete your consumer health data, and your rights regarding that data. It's based on Washington state's My Health My Data Act (MHMDA) — one of the strongest consumer health privacy laws in the country — and we apply it to all users regardless of where you live because everyone deserves that level of protection.

Your data is stored on secure, US-based cloud infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Try closing and reopening Penny. If that doesn't help, make sure you're running the latest version (App Store → Updates). Still stuck? Email us — include your device model and iOS version so we can look into it.

If you were offline when you logged it, Penny queues your entries and syncs them when you're back online. Give it a moment after reconnecting. If it's been a while and data is still missing, email us at hello@baig-innovations.com.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password." You'll receive an email with a reset link. The link expires after a set period for security, so use it promptly. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

Check your spam/junk folder first — we send from a baig-innovations.com address. If it's not there, make sure the email address on your account is correct (Settings → Account). Still nothing? Email us from any address and we'll help you sort it out.

Your account is tied to your login, so you can sign in on another device and your data will be there.
